BUT… here’s my advice anyway:
1. Keep your relationships as platonic as possible for as long as possible… it keeps the flames burning longer!
2. Make sure the person you’re with has the same goals and beliefs that you do… if you are too opposite you could be working against each other.
3. If both you and your significant other always try to make each other happy (not worrying about your own happiness) you’ll find that you are both very happy! …cause you’ll each be devoted to eachother’s happiness.
4. Love is not a feeling, it is a choice. When the new-ness wears off you must DECIDE to love that person still and make it work.
5. Most importantly, seek God and his advice. If you both work toward Him you will enivitably become closer to each other.
